- scanned for codes and test drove with scanner no codes came up and found no problem at this time could possibly be customer using bad fuel CUSTOMER STATES TO HAVE SPARK PLUGS, PLENUM GASKET , OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION, AND AIR FILTER TO BE REPLACED
- COMPLIMENTARY VISUAL INSPECTION changed oil ,replaced engine oil filter ,lubed chassi (if applicable, inspected and adjusted tire pressure as state required topped off fluids. set tire to pressure factory spec FRONT BRAKE PADS % REAR BRAKE PADS %
- remove and replace spark plugs and plenum gasket test drive vehicle for final inspection
- remove and replace air filter
