- Confirmed the vehicle is not starting at this time. Performed shock test on the starter while turning the ignition switch to the run position and the engine started, this confirms the starter is internally faulty, recommend the starter is removed and replaced. Customer approved starter replacement.
- Removed and replaced the starter assembly. The vehicle is now starting fine at this time.
