    • Performed cold cranking amps test on the battery and confirmed the battery is no longer holding a charge at this time. Recommend the battery is removed and replaced then will re-check charging system voltage after repair. CUSTOMER APPROVED BATTERY REPLACEMENT. Removed and replaced the battery, and re-checked the charging system voltage, the alternator is charging at 14.3V which is within specification at this time. W/ the scan tool connected performed new battery calibration procedure. Road tested the vehicle for final inspection.
