    • Test drove the vehicle and confirmed the customer's complaint. Upon further inspection found the front left engine mount is broken causing the engine to lift when accelerating the vehicle, recommend the front left engine mount is removed and replaced. Customer approved engine mount replacement spoke w/ Neil.
    • Confirmed the rear end drops after the vehicle sits for less than an hour. Connected the scan tool and scanned the air suspension control module for codes and found no codes in the ECU at this time. Raised the vehicle on rack to check air bags for leaks and found both rear air bags are sealed at this time. INSPECTED AIR LINES CONNECTED TO AIR BAG AND AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR AND FOUND THE SYSTEM IS SEALED AT THIS TIME. Possible software issue, recommend the customer takes the vehicle to dealership for possible air suspension software update.
    • Removed and replaced the left side engine mount. Road tested the vehicle for final inspection, confirmed noise is no longer heard at this time.
